These Terms govern your use of the Lockout Lifting content tool ("the App"), operated by the Lockout Lifting project ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
The App helps the account owner create and publish fitness-related photo/carousel content to their own TikTok account using TikTok's official Content Posting API. It is used only by and for the authenticated account owner.
You agree to use the App only for lawful content creation and publishing, to comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and not to use it for spam, impersonation, or artificial engagement.
You are responsible for the content you publish. Reference material sourced from third parties remains the property of its original creators; the App retains attribution metadata and does not claim ownership of source content.
The App accesses your TikTok account only with the permissions you grant during authorization, and only to publish content you initiate. You may revoke access at any time in your TikTok account settings.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.
